Job description
This is a direct/outside sales position responsible for creating and growing a base of customers for our manufacturing services, including printed circuit board assembling, cable/harness assembling, box build, and testing. The position is compensated on salary plus commission basis with level of sales as key consideration in performance evaluation.
Job functions
- Identify target prospects through market research, promotion, and social media
- Initiate customer contact through telephone calls, visiting, networking, and electronic communications
- Explore customer's needs that fit company capabilities
- Quote and close orders
- Provide ongoing support to customers, including timely responding to non-routine request
- Develop long-term strategies to grow business
- Assist in customer audit and quality surveys
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with similar job function in the electronic manufacturing or distribution environment
- Basic knowledge of electronic and/or mechanical assembling
- English as first language; good communication and people skills
- Passionate in working in a electronic manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and practice in IPC Workmanship Standard a plus
- Teamwork and good attitude
- Minimum high school graduated
Pay: Negotiable
Regular working hours: 8:00-5:00, Monday-Friday
