Job description
This is an entry level sales position which allows a young candidate to start and to develop his/her career in sales, i.e., creating and growing a base of customers for our manufacturing services, including printed circuit board assembling, cable/harness assembling, box build, and testing. The position is compensated with basic salary plus sales commissions.
Job functions
- Identify target prospects through market research, promotion, and social media
- Initiate customer contact through telephone calls, visiting, networking, and electronic communications
- Explore customer's needs that fit company capabilities
- Quote and close orders
- Provide ongoing support to customers, including timely responding to non-routine request
- Develop long-term strategies to grow business
- Assist in customer audit and quality surveys
Qualifications
- No experience is required; newly graduated from colledge or high school is welcome
- English as first language; bi-lingual language speaking a plus
- Good communication and people skills
- Electrical or other engineering education background a plus
- Passionate in Sales
- Passionate in working in manufacturing services environment
- Teamwork and good attitude
- Minimum high school graduated
Pay: Negotiable
Regular working hours: 8:00-5:00, Monday-Friday
